House located between the Beauval ZooParc and the Châteaux of the Loire. Less than an hour from many tourist sites.

Large country house that can accommodate your family or friends up to 15 people. Spacious and quiet house in a natural setting, consisting of 5 large bedrooms including: A children's room with two beds, two beds in the sofa bed, a room with a double bed and a Clic Clac (4 beds in total), a room with a large bed and a single bed, two rooms with a double bed including one with a baby bed, a bathroom, a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining/living room, a relaxation or game area.

Plenty of places for you to isolate yourself or enjoy good moments with family or friends.

Bed linen is provided. Towels and dishcloths are not provided.

Arrival
Arrivée possible à partir de 15H
Departure
Departure no later than 11 AM. Depending on availability, it's possible to keep the cottage for the afternoon (until 4 PM) for an extra 70€.

Breakfast
Possibility of delivering a Breakfast basket at a rate of €7 per person (subject to availability)
The breakfast includes:
* Hot drinks (tea, coffee, hot chocolate), to be chosen when ordering
* Pastries
* Homemade multigrain bread
* Homemade jam or homemade spread, depending on the season
* Butter
* Homemade yogurts
* Homemade applesauce
* Fruit juice, homemade if possible depending on the season
* Muesli cereals

Breakfasts must be reserved at least 48 hours in advance and paid for when ordering.
Delivery is possible between 7 AM and 10 AM.
Cleaning
Cleaning is included in the rental, we just ask that you sweep the common areas: kitchen, dining room, that the trash is emptied, and that the dishes are clean and put away.
Sheets and Linen
Only the bed linen and Baim rugs are included in the rental; towels and dishcloths are not included.

Pets are allowed.
Our animal friends are allowed in the cottage for an extra 20€ per animal per stay. We ask that pets do not go upstairs and that they do not get on the beds or couches.
